Sparky, I posted about the same ultrahardcore info right above you. One thing though... We were told by Sextracker that they could sell the entire Ultra portfolio for $10 million. They could never find a buyer at that price.

Freepictures.com had an offer of $700k for the domain name only. But, while I screamed, take it...another thought it wasn't enough

There was a tentative aussie buyer, but after calculating his post-tax earnings with your pre-tax earnings, he couldn't believe that you ended up with more money than he did. Then I recall something about hiding in a closet in the fetal position avoiding the phone call because he couldn't bear to sell his 'disgusting business' because it was something he built. I don't know why, but, I thought the number was $12.5m, not 10m from the aussie company. I do remember doing the math, and after the capital gains tax, I ended up with a fairly nice round number. That math doesn't work out at $10m. I do remember about two days of phone calls with Frank and an aussie going over stats, and then two weeks of phone calls asking why someone wouldn't return calls.

However, since he never paid taxes, I'm not sure why that calculation even entered his mind.
