I buy domains every now and then
a lot of these prices are artifically inflated

to make the buyers and sellers look like players

you have to remember most webmasters have the little dick syndrom and feel the need to show off a bit

almost everybody in this buisness lies about numbers

some deflate them and some inflate them

ask somebody on the phone about money or joins

if you hear a long pause your getting a short number
if they come back with a number really quick and their voice gets louder, its an inflated number
