Amazing what happens when a big fish makes a complaint publicly.
You get a 3 page thread, how fortunate... not. NATS - nothing against you personally, but I have my stats too. Every program that has "switched" has cost me money. Which leads me to believe that there's more options for program owners, all things being equal.
