I think a MILF should be old enough that her kids are old enough to have school mates who think she's hot, so 30'ish. In my opinion a 20-something mother of toddlers isn't a MILF.

I completely disagree with an upper age limit on MILF. If she's hot but well over 30 she's still a MILF.
I can point you to a couple of web sites of ladies in their 50's that are still hot as hell, definitely MILF material. Just one example,
