Doesnt matter if you find programs that have chinese language versions installed - you have to find a sponsor that can bill the Chinese on their phones (which is how they pay for everything - they dont use credit cards generally speaking) - Ill post one as soon as I finish investigating it - that has a good market in China and does know how to bill them - just dont want to post something that might be a scam
