Up early to go to the gym with Christy as I want to increase my workout. I feel like spending so much time glued to my desk is really hurting my health so starting today I'm going to the gym with Christy on her yoga days. Can't stand yoga so will be doing the treadmill and machines whilst she is in yoga class.

Other than that just a day of work planned.

Well officially sold my house and am no longer a resident of Ottawa. Looks like Montreal will be for a little while anyway.

Did some demolition today and now the family and I are getting ready to go to a BBQ at the appartment above ours. They wanted to have one more BBQ with us before we moved to the new house, which is next week. Needless to say I'm going to eat as much as I can.

Same old stuff going on around here which is work, work, work.

I did do some digging in the yard this morning and I think I should be done with it by end of week. Then we can get an Arborist out here to see if we can trim this 70 year old pine way back and take out all the roots along the driveway and walkway to the house without killing the tree or do we need to have it removed. Either way it's going to cost at least 1 nice vacation

Now that is where I have the advantage over you. My health is already fucked, it does not matter what I do (within reason), I'm already screwed. So I can happily pull up a chair and relax in front of the TV with an enormous pork pie or deep fried whatever. For me the Titanic is already sinking, it is too late for swimming lessons!
