Like JoeBlack said, build, submit and forget, but keep an eye on your stats; not everybody will send approval/rejection emails. I would give any LL at least a 4-week run before even considering dropping them. I dropped one particular LL after 4 weeks and no hits. 2 months later I'm suddenly getting 1000+/day. I guess I'll be putting them back on my submit list.
