When I was in my last year of highschool we went to london with our entire grade.
Somehow me and a few mates ended up sitting near some fountain or statue on Times Square. There was a bum sitting right next to us and as he heared us talk in dutch he joined the conversation. Turned out he was a dutch guy that fled The Netherlands when he was 18 because he killed his stephfather who molested him as a child. After a while he asked if we had some spare change, I gave him £1... After that he asked if he could spend the night in our hotel room, we kindly refused and walked away... |
