Affiliate programs which return your surfer--have they all gone away now?

ARS still has it. You can use the c=http://www.myexit.com parameter. They do hit you for $5 less though, the same as a no-console link.

Thanks. We have an ARS account but I didn't notice that for some reason. I'll take a look and see how their version does with tabbed browsers and popup blockers.
