Basically, if you get relevant links you'll be fine.

Also, the Google page rank passed along to your site from people linking to you is also affected by how many other outgoing links there are on the page.

This isn't a fully accurate definition, but if you are the only outgoing link on a pr 4, your site would get a pr 3. However, if there were 10 outgoing links you'd get 0.3 (or similar) of page rank value from the link.

If Google sees lots of links to you from sites it sees as relevant to "blowjobs" linking to you, with relevant link anchor text then you're more likely to rank for that term.

But it'll all probably have changed by the time I get to the end of this sentence...
