Been going on for awhile now, unfortunately. It's pretty bad.... sometimes people don't even know they're hijacking someone's pages! I expect things to get much worse before they will get better.

True for people that use 302 redirections to track outgoing links from their site.

IMO, all these 301, 302, etc. redirects are just being laid out for abuse.
