For someone new with no contacts partner accounts are virtually impossible to get. That was my point - the only way a newbie has a chance to make significant money submitting galleries is by paying for the traffic and that isn't exactly a wise thing for someone inexperienced to do.

I would have to agree with this.

Why is it so hard for the newbies to make good money, even if your sites are comparable to the ones listed?

Because of all the scamming fucks that hide behind there computer screens in the comfort of there own home thinking it is ok to steal something from you cause you can't see them.
