Ok, Arty, but can you explain me, by what reason did you ban all this accounts? They are not multiple accounts, they are just people, who use 3d party processing for checks.
In any case, I think that would be better not to ban all accounts but ask people to change their info to the real one? Isn't it? I think that would be really great for you and all people would be sure, that if there are any problems, you first will try to solve them and not ban people and try to understand situation after it!!!

If they are using this company as a 3rd party processor for checks, then why do they elect to be paid via epassporte?

I can't tell for everyone, who use this company, but I exactly know, that topicstarter isn't a carder. I also know, that he didn't break any of your rules and you banned him without trying to solve it with him. Do you think it's a good way to show, that you are interested in your affiliates?

I'm also sure if you'll ask him to change payment info to his own address instead of 3d party, he'll do it!
