This information you need to get from you mail host. If this is your ISP, and your email address ends with your ISP's URL (eg fred1234@aol.com) try using pop. (note the dot)followed by the bit after the @. if pop. does not work try pop3. or pop2. EG. if your mail address is fred1234@aol.com try pop.aol.com and pop3.aol.com and pop2.aol.com However if none of these work you will have to contact your email host to find this address
