Yeah, so they're gonna let crackheads legally smoke in peace but if you smoke a cigarette in the wrong place they'll prosecute you to the full extent of the law... I can't believe that the people who come up with these ideas are paid with public funds.
Can you imagine sitting around a boardroom table and being like hmmmm.. what about these crack addicts, must be a little inconvenient for them what with crack being ILLEGAL and all, lets divert some money from education and health care so we can keep our drug addicts high as kites and safe from law enforcement officials. All in favour? |
