I'm not one who likes to bad mouth others, but this is just shitty service, and I just wanted to give a warning to anyone else who may be contacted by anyone from Hostive.com, that their techincal and customer support sucks greatly.
I've been with hostive since june and I am in the same boat. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I hostive is out of business. Just found out this morning and am in the process of swithcing over to webair. Thanks Bryan w/Hostive.com. Now I'm emailing every TGP / MGP (70+) which I have a partner account with so that I don't get blacklisted.

I would keep that 30 day money back receipt handy. There is always talk here about once a month of someone going the cheap hosting route and then moving to new hosting again. I used them, and my honest review. User panel was nice, its has nice features for adding new sites and IPs etc. But my site was slow on their boxes. I just thought it was a DB problem but was never able to narrow it down. I mean the site was small as hell at the time (1 meg) so what else could it have been? All this nightmare to try and save a few bucks. I use Nakedhosting now and never ever have issues with them. I would say after this, one thing I learned. very true. My sites are no longer with hostive and even more.. now I am looking for quality dedicated hosting which will be as fast as possible and affordable...
I am with some serious offers now,
and I hope I'll make a right decision...

I'm assuming your talking about Webair. If that's the case, I can show you positive / negative reviews of most of the adult hosting companies out there!
