How often and how much do do you update your site?

I'm not a content site, but I do update the link directory every day (or try to). For a couple weeks though I haven't had enough time in the day to update because of web design work coming in. But I am hoping to spend a good solid week adding things I've been wanting to with the directory next week

It's all relative no matter what kind of site you have. The more fresh content you update with the better. Doesn't take a Brain Surgeon to figure that out.

If you have a link list that you hardly ever update with fresh content how long do you think your visitors are going to stay around?

2-4 times a week. If there is enough time every day of course.
