I would add this: I have been watching a TV show called "Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares" where this chef comes into failing restaurants and tries to figure out why and get them back on the road to making money.

One of the rules is don't do anything complicated until you have the basics down.

Your gallery designs are needlessly complicated and busy for starting out. Odd size images, things that don't line up, and too much of the potential action text is unlinked and lost in a sea of pictures.

Try making a simple 15 thumb gallery, get your sales messages in order and placed where people can see them, and work to encourage your surfers to not only look at the pictures but to catch and understand your sales pitch. If you cannot understand what the gallery is selling in the first 1 or 2 seconds, nobody else will either.

I don't make a ton of galleries, but the ones I do make seem to get decent click offs and make some sales... by keeping it simple.
