Rant/Vent is it really nessesary?

Yahoo mail occasionally springs a security string on me when I'm trying to send an email. It's so obscure and badly designed, you have no idea if a letter is a capital or not. If you don't get it right the first time, yahoo will not only not send your email, it will delete what you've typed. I now know to hit the back button whenever I see that thing and copy my email so I don't lose it.
