well first off, i did not think your listing was for an ebook (especially with the BIG YELLOW DISCLAIMER BOX at the bottom saying it isnt)... but thats just me...

but what gets me is that the link you have on the listing that goes to http://www.patentthea.com/ and on it it says:

On the first of April 2003 The Ecchi Patent Company applied for a patent on the letter A. This Patent has now been formalized and all users of the letter A (in either capital, lowercase, or any variation thereof) must immediately obtain a license or discontinue use of the aforementioned letter forthwith.

It was a site I started a couple of years back as a satire on Acaia's claim on a patent on video streaming (or was it video downloading?). Note the date of the patent ("On the first of April 2003 The Ecchi Patent Company applied for a patent on the letter A.").

Shit I just remembered there was some bad blood on this board over me mentioning that site here. Sorry, I had forgotten the advert link was on that site until vmp22 mentioned it, and I had forgotten about the bad blood until just this second. Sorry, I did not post this as an excuse to bring that site up again.
