you just open it up, mine stays below my browser url bar and click edit and then custom and in field name put
site name
site url
description

and on the other side in other matched strings put
title
url
comments and descriptions

and I use google tool bar's fill forms for my web name and email address and robo form for another email I use

now it wont submit multi indexes as you would have to change what it puts in...

and when you use it CLICK only fill form not fill and submit

thank you so much, i finally figured it out how to use it , why do you use google tool bar? only to fill out name and email address or google tool bar does same thing as roboform?
