Are you sure that straight men can use the word tizzy that frequently? I'm not sure, I'll have to consult the man book on this but, I believe the rules are that you're only allowed to say tizzy once and then you have to pretend it was purely accidental.

This thread from last year getting bumped put me into another tizzy, but I yelled "no homo" and that keeps me safe.
