Hello, is this President Clinton? Good! I figured if anyone knew where to get some tang it would be you
|
2nd clicks/pages
I have 1 sponsor where almost 50% of my uniques go to the second page or join page, and 1 where only around 15% go there.... is this due to good and bad tours or my selling of their site? I am wondering what the crap would make the % so different

My first thought would be the one that gets 50% to second page is because thats where free video clips possibly are and the other has them on the first page.
If not then I would think the first has a better tour design or is able to communicate with the surfer better within that niche. Or ???? |

Are you promoting the two any differently? Different traffic sources? Different sales pitch styles? Different niches?
If not, then chances are it's the tour. Personally, when it comes to freesites, I don't track tourpage1 to tourpage2 to tourpage3 conversions. I just look at overall time/energy/money spent promoting the sponsor and the return on sales. ![]()

You can now put whatever you want in this space :)

It doesn't really matter. Until you are really experienced in interpreting elements on a page its sometimes hard to judge. But really all you are interested in is the fact that 50% does click through on the one page. So now try a second site identical in format flow but different girl or sponsor and see what happens.
