Well, You could check which webmasters have clean free sites, list them and send them a mail that You have listed their clean free sites at Your New LL... That is 1 way of doing it I guess... also You could try to find some LL's that will do Submit page link trades with You...
You could put a link to Your LL and Submit page in You sig. and start posting a lot on these boards (thats how I got my first submitters) |
