I can't speak for everyone, but when I notice traffic from someplace I do not expect I definitley check it out.

Worked out very well for me, a ton of quality sites submitted, some even had my recips up, most didn't, but that's cool. Gotta think long term, and if you offer something just to give folks a chance to get to know ya, they will. I cleared it with GG before I posted though. Now I've got 20 or so people at least thinking of me when they put together their recip tables,
