I think that most longstanding boards have their share of pros & cons. It's up to the individual to determine what they are willing to accept in order to get what they want or need from it. I don't find it difficult to peruse gfy with blinders on when I need to be there. Thankfully such occasions are rare these days though

There is indeed 'some' useful information over there. And sometimes filtering through the muck to find those bits of into is downright entertaining (in a car wreck kinda way of course ).

While I don't know Jayeff at all, the posts of his I've seen always seemed articulate and on point.
