Modifiable Hosted Free Sites

I think LL owners would be writing a lot of subject lines reading: 'declined - overused templates'

to be honest with you, I could probably build one from scratch in the time it would take me to tweak it the way I wanted to anyway.

if anything, I'd like to see sponsors offer more & better content for submitters to use than zipped templates.
