I bought the domains from AJ a while ago and yes I've been served, it's not at the Forum for Disputed domain names. We've been going back and forth with the KAP lawyer.

They seem to think they have a valid claim if their going to pay to fight me.

Well- based on old disputes - what ever you do dont offer to sell them the names

Id get a quick lawyer that can handle Icann disputes and file the dispute first
