eman questioned MoreNiche's credibility because he discovered that the identical doctor recommendation was used for two apparently separate products. They explained that they have marketing rights for the online sales of the product, which is named differently than it's identical offline counterpart, and therefore have the legal right to use the same doctor recommendation as the other. Being that webmasters tend to work part time as sheep, a few of them followed suit and began questioning the legitmacy of MoreNiche's claims and legal rights. MoreNiche remained quite calm and professional about the matter, but did eventually lock the threads. In my vastly underrated opinion, eman sounded like a conspiratorial nutter.

The simple truth is this - if moreniche hadn't blocked me from posting on their forum (and hadn't closed one of my threads) I would never have mentioned this elsewhere. Let's face it - who cares!!

But since they chose to play god with my forum login, effectively barring me from responding to concerns raised in my own threads, I became more than a little angry.

The history, in a nutshell is this:

Moreniche released a "unique, online" fat-binding product called Proactol.

I spent a lot of time, money (25 domains) and effort (writing articles) to promote Proactol.

As it turns out, Proactol is neither "unique" nor "unique online".

There are 3 competing products, all of which share a near-identical endorsement from Dr Aadm Carey. And all are available online.

Two products, Liposinil and Proactol even share a testimonial, complete with before and after pics.

If I'd known this to be the situation I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Moreniche chose to try and ridicule me.

But the majority of posters on their board supported me.

Anyway, I've written them off as a bad experience. I've moved on.

I agree that closing the thread(s) was foolish and rather amateur on their part. Closing threads when the discussion is almost resolved is, well, dumb.

Hi fellas

Im afraid it gets worse. This guy has been posting on multliple forums about MN banning him from the forum and completely doing his nut. I am the only Admin there, and I have never banned anyone - hes making it up, its all very childish.

He knows he wasn't banned - I have seen him lurking in the MN forum since he started all this last week. He seems to forget we can see who is logged on:

I'm not quite sure how to interpret "multliple forums" but if you mean 2, as in two, then you're right on the button.
