Thank the Bush/GOP for that, ABC had a story on this last night, said that this weekends "time change" will cost the US at least $2 BILLION, since the computers are all set to change 3 weeks later, and that is only if there are no side effects, which what are the odds that there will be any side effects?

The lame ass theory on this "brilliant" idea is to save some oil etc, since if people go to bed at 9 pm, the sun will still be up and they won’t use lights. Just ignore that fact that this is all based on data that is over 30 YEARS outdated and that more people wake up before the sun comes up now then ever before.

Just another shining achievement for this administration.

BTW, they said there will be no information on how much, if any, this will "save" the US $ for at least a few YEARS.
