Have my first softball practice here in a couple hours, time to find out how bad out of shape I got sitting here all winter on my ass making porn sites

Usually after the first couple practices of the year I can hardly move for a couple days, last year I pulled my achillees the first practice and couldnt play for almost a month. I just gotta tell myself the mind is willing, but the body aint ready to go 100% just yet.

Gonna be another lazy work day here today, probably gonna come home from practice not being able to move and watch college basketball. Have a good one everybody.
