Good Warm Friday Morning

43F here and it feels like a wonderful summer day to me since I've been spending a lot of time outside, helping my brother-in-law build his house. I love the smell of melting snow in the morning.

My son, who was labeled as "gifted" earlier in the school year, has now been diagnosed with Perfectionism, which he certainly the hell didn't get from me.

If anyone has any experience at getting a 7 year-old to strive for mediocrity, feel free to send some ideas my way. Maybe my wife has been secretly programming him to not end up like me. Bless her soul.

Don't sweat it bud, in about 5 years he'll discover girls, a year or two later he'll discover that bad girls like bad boys

It happened to me, probably happened to his Dad too

i hate when people hit the morning thread and it's 2 days later but i was sooo farking busy this morning I forgot to slide on over and check out my #1 and favorite board.. i'm such a dork.. which is also known as a "whales Penis" ..
but now it's 930pm ish here in Lost Wages and the 2nd shift is just getting its wind.
