Hit a plateau

If you have spare time you are comfortable using, then cool. Just keep doing what you can extra. But if you are finding that you are running out of time, then you need to analyize what gives you the best return for your time.

If, like myself a few months ago, you've hit a plateau because all your time is being spent in 'maintenance mode' with none left over for working on growth, take a serious look at your workflow.

Reworking it to save even 10% of your time ought to be able to let you do even more submissions, work on your hub, etc. I don't have any specific tips, since everyone's style is different, but there's almost always some way to streamline what you're doing.

In my own case, simply chunking my hand submissions together by what sites had similar forms saved about 3 minutes per day and was mentally much more comfortable. That 3 minutes wasn't so much, but combined with a few other small things, it added up.
