One of the main things I learned in years of face to face sales is that you should never talk about money, it hurts to spend money, talk about passwords, access, privileges, enjoyment!
And always focus on the benefits, fuck the cost, that's just a small technicality on the way to the benefits!!

The most successful companies in this or any biz realise this simple truth, "Focus on the need that brought them here!" Any distractions give the person/surfer/customer a possible out. Close the exits, close the sale.

Telemarketing works in a similar way too.

Tell them how well you can give them what they want. I don't think most people WANT their money seperated from them.
