Don't buy shit from this guy. All these UIN's have been stolen from their rightful owners, so buying would only encourage them doing it to you someday. Hopefully when nobody buys anything anymore, they're gonna leave people's accounts alone.

Calm down people, I have been into ICQ registration since 8 years. ICQ registration means following the ICQ numbers that were currently being registered and trying to catch the good looking uins with help of some multi registration tools.
This era is over since Uins are now being registered randomly which was not the case in the past. Whatever if interested contact me if not stick to your ugly 9 digits  |
