I certainly agree that in some cases certain connections will be slower, the reason for this is we have certain BW allotments and priorities set for different servers, meaning that a Members area server is going to have a much higher priority in speed than a Hosted Gallery or Hosted site server, a tour server (which is new, and still being tweaked) will have more priority over a member server. So speed is a constant ongoing movement for us, but honestly certain servers are just set at a higher priority level, now if you notice slow tours than it's important to point that stuff out to us, it's best if done in a support ticket including the following information so we can see where the problem is coming from:

1) Your location
2) Which tour is slow?
3) Your IP address or a Tracert, or Ping Report

I know it seems like a lot but it often helps tackle issues in 1/2 the time.
