Some Guy Copied My Entire Site!

I still remember when the owner of one of the largest TGPs out there was starting a link list - hired a webmaster to do it - who promptly copied my site and presented it to the owner with the title changes - but the metas all remained the same - down to the copywrite statement at the bottom of the pages

Of course it took me contacting the owner to get it taken down since it immediately took all my places in the SEs

So, after sending an email(cease & desist form i found online) to what i believed to be the contact for the domain and what i believed to be the host, the site is still up and running strong. I actually have access to the stats on that domain since he copied my site completely and he is pulling some se traffic from google. I know this is probably not helping my rankings any. What can I do now?

I think this is the only way to kick back at him...
Actually, there's another way- to hire a hacker... But that's illegal |badidea|

You may want to try sending a "takedown notice" under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) since you do have a copyright notice on your website. ISPs tend to act quickly when they receive those in order to protect themselves under the "safe harbor" provisions of the act.
