Are you attempting to improve the quality of those vid caps and that's what's making them so heavy, even though their dimensions aren't that grand? You'd be better served by asking the sponsor for better content.

Thanks guys for all your input.
 I think I've figured out my problem. The graphics program was set to save the image to maximum jpeg which makes the file size extremely large. Just setting it to high improves the file sixe immensely|goodidea |
