Many look like they are coming from people that I know, but many are coming from places that I know are impossible since there are no Windows machines at these locations. It looks like it goes through the address book of the infected computer and not only mails itself to all the addresses in the user's address book, but also spoofs the sender address with addresses from the user's address book.
