It's not that unusual, and happens with all sponsors.

About all you can do is build for another sponsor, just to get a bit of emotional satisfaction, and to keep diversified.

Talking to the sponsor about it is a waste of your time and theirs. 1:3k is a common enough ratio these days.

And no sponsor can help you with low ratios. If one sponsor is bugging you, or underperforming, build for another.

In a few months you might see more sales for the first sponsor, and be annoyed with the other sponsor, and you'll switch back.
