Also I have found bookmarking your own pages on your own account might get you about 100 uniques a day, it does for me anyway, del.icio.us is good aswel as ofcourse, technorati.
Just create your own account and bookmark your pages, you will see that other people will follow your lead. Another advantage is the backlinks and additional search engine traffic.
