Clarity needed on Free Site Structure

Me, I do it this way.

/gal/sitename/index.html
/gal/sitename/warning.html
/gal/sitename/home.html

Works for me, i do that for every site. All those link to
/gal/sitename/main.html

So is there any clarification from links list owners on this?

I'm about to start building some new free sites and used to use the same technique as TekAngel - but am open to new ideas on structure
