Good Wednesday Morning

Morning.. getting ready to hit the road -- not pounding with my fist but a well worn set of Michelines. Spring break starts next week and I'm trying to decide whether to rent a car and just drive and stop or sit my arse at home for the week.

Stayed up to see the new "Family Jewels" .. Gawd help me but I think Nick is HOT. and really I have great giggles at the expense of Gene Simmons especially spending all that money to track down his dog.

Coffee's On

Schedule yourself just like a regular job. 8 hours per day. take coffee and lunch breaks. It really helps to get back and focused. Then pick a day or 2 and take "off" .. I used to work from 4am till 8 or 9pm every day. and just couldn't do it anymore. Now i find I'm much more productive when i actually make the commitment to 'get outside myself' and actually do something even if it is taking off 3 hours for a movie break.
