Make sure their whois info is not private.
As long as they are on their own domains and email I don't see a problem.
Make sure they will submit to Mr. Eros... or else...

not necessary, I got listed with private whois everywhere but few minor places

That's horrible advice, and how do you know a site is "minor" unless you are getting traffic from them.

And some major Linklists do have the no private whois rule in place.

I am just telling what is working for me, 36 LL I submit to does not have this rule. Let it be horrible advice, I don't mind
