Ok, the story of how I got "Torn Rose"….

In February 1995 we finally got a new PC that was fast enough to run the game I was just DYING to play, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls:_Arena

(I still have that 120 MHZ)

I wanted a name for my character that would fit into the game like “Conan” but I wanted something more original. I had just bought Toni a dozen long steam roses for Valentine’s Day and they was in a vase on the desk when I saw the thorns on the steams so I thought “Rose Thorn” for a name, but that was too “girly” so I switched it to “Thorn Rose” and fell in love with that name.

3 days later I realized I left the “H” off the name and had wrote “Torn Rose”…. Which I loved even more and took it as my “name”.

When we started working on our site in late 1999 I just started to use it, and for the most part I used just “Torn” but a few places I used “Torn Rose” and just liked it better…

So there.

My money is on Auburn. Started a lot of freshmen last year because they were better than the seniors so this year they have some experience. Watch the SEC closely....

You told me that you were learning how to type without looking and the name you meant to enter was actually "Douche Bag", but once you saw the results, you were happy that you had accidentally typed 2 properly spelled words together.
