Interresting.. will we ever see porn barges anchored up to seven miles (11km) offshore aswell? We all know porn runs the net so it's about time...

If it is porn you want, then make it ten miles. More than ten miles is "International Waters". If you register your ship with a friendly county (friendly=tin pot little country with bribeable ministers, or better still a bribable dictator) you can pretty much do what you like. Porn, Gambolling, etc, etc.
