Good morning all its 6:27 eve here!
I am back in the real world again. I did learn the last days a couple off things again....
1: some realatives of my mom's side are realy ..."freaking low life scumbags"
2: even its fam and you think to know them very well...you find out that you dont know them at all and think....hell that cant be fam of mine!|shocking|
But all is over and i am back in my own life...which means.....a house with unfished painting stuff ......so what we have to do is...painting....new floor etc etc, will take another 2 weeks to finish! But it keeps me busy and my mind on the good stuff!
Mmmmm i have also some administration to do, online and offline.....Stu...grabbing some "post it" paper and writes down the administration stuff and stick it on her computer screen.

My mind is fucked. I read this before I posted and I know I've taken Niacin in the past, but it didn't click in until I started reading the other replies.

I had the EXACT same reaction to it. Aspirin calmed it for a week or so, but then it got so bad I just stopped taking it.

That was 2 years ago. I'm on Lovastatin now, even though I'm down to 188 as of my last blood work.

I've been on Pravastatin for a few years now and and I'm up to 80 mg a day but still my cholesterol keeps ongoing up.

Sorry to hear that, you still might want to check out those other two supplements, as they really helped bring mine down. My whole family has high cholesterol, my Dad's was 400 when he had his heart attack, and I'm the only one left of my brother, sister, and I under 200 without taking Statins. I took one for 2 weeks, can't remember which, and ended up with such severe muscle pains in my calf, I had to stop taking it. I was glad the natural stuff worked for me.

I take this brand of Niacin, which is 500 mg, and have not had a problem with flushing. I've had horrible problems with other niacins, maybe a brand change would help?
