Well, It's not a freesite in the traditional 1,2,3 page sense. It's one page with the recips right there. What I've done is I'm no longer featuring anything I submit on my entrance page. It's only a page for that website. I've actually had very positive feedback from this link in the sense it's very simple. Here's a comparison:

If you hate it, it's okay. And now maybe everyone will ban me but for those who have listed them, they do quite well. I'm doing my best to be very transparent and I'm not trying to cheat anyone but I do think there is some room for flexibility and change. IMHO The main complaint I heard from asking guys on blogs and other random boards not designed for webmasters and my own circle of guy friends is that they hated having to click through seven different pages (their words not mine).

As far as my main site goes, again it's not really any different than others who submit (see above site I listed). Everyone's is a little different but mine is certainly not my main focus. I would rather focus on the pages I submit since no one really visits my homepage. Mostly, they visit the submitted pages and to date, my blog is my number two referrer and those readers aren't going to the main page either as I put up special posts for them.

So, I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not trying to 'trick' anyone or submit to someone who doesn't want me. And I promise to take you off my list and not bother you again. I think it would be sad if others who have accepted me now reject me since my unique visits from those sites are quite high which means the surfer is going back to the referrer as well... which I think is a win win..... But I attest that I am new so I don't pretend to know anything and I'm definitely not trying to crowd into anyone's space. If you think your surfers will hate my pages, then you should ignore me but if you think they will actually like them then it's worth it to consider some flex in the 'rules.'

It is your responsibility to read each site's rules, surf them a bit and figure out what they actually list instead of ignoring it all because you think that your page is special or different or somehow better even though you are fully aware of your own inexperience. What you don't realize is that the current rules (no quotes necessary), whether you agree with them or not, actually give you a ton of advertising area before you hand-away the free porn.

Out of the links I posted, does one make you want to visit the sponsor more than the other? If I'm getting unique visits, I would think eventually that person will tire of the preview. If I wanted to give porn away, then I would just buy a membership myself and start posting a bunch of free movies which is kind of what spankwire does... but I don't think the guy running spankwire is giving it away even though it sort of seems like he is.... I don't know... I don't really understand sites like spankwire.

I am not beating on you and I have no intention of beating on you. I don't beat on newbies or other people for making honest mistakes or even blatantly disagreeing with me. I'm nice too - most people here are. My purpose here is to teach you how to do this correctly. That way, you make sales and you don't get yourself banned from link lists because you are submitting pages that they'd never list.

But you also look at it every single day. I'm also still testing different sponsors but I've been digging through the freepages and maybe we're the lowest of the low but there's far worse crap than mine. There are the sponsors free pages which I can duplicate but I thought the idea was to not duplicate their pages? Am not arguing. Only trying to understand...

I do read the rules. Not everyone says your freesite should have one, two, three pages. Some do. Some don't. Some say that but then they decided they like mine. C'mon. I hardly think mine is better. It's just mine. I wouldn't even say it's different. It's a free page, with porn and recips. That's it. It's a link that can or cannot be given to someone's patrons. That's all. And as far as advertising goes, I'd have to see hard numbers on those extra pages. My own, lame experience in the world of advertising would say the ROI is very low for those.... and I'm not being sarcastic... People still advertise in newspapers but the numbers aren't there. It's a waste but people still do it.... I would tell people, don't do it. If you're not going to buy TV time, then do direct mail. NO- that's stupid they would say. whatever. I go by the numbers and the numbers always always won out. Direct always stomped on newspaper but newspaper was the norm, so some just thought they had to stick with it.
