Haven't they been out for about a year?

I'm not sure about the validity of the privacy claims. You can't see anything you wouldn't see while walking down the street. Close your damn curtains if you don't want people to see you.

It's almost a year.
But
Yeah , imagine a guy seeing his wife/girlfriend spotted by google camera making out with neighbor.Or something like that.
Worst even scenario is that a bank heist can be really prepared from home , possible escape routes etc..

When I looked at them last year I thought I reconized UW with a hot tranny(maybe Foxy) heading into an hourly motel.
