anyone else had this happen on eBay

But.....

About 3 months ago I was waiting for a package from amazon, and I was tracking it.
USPS says they delivered it.
I never got it.
All types of complaints to the Post office at all levels. They say it was delivered.
Amazon sends me a new item free of charge which I get.
3 weeks later I come home from work and there is my original package soaking wet (on my enclosed porch) that the PO says they delivered a month before.

Case B
My mom is up in PA at my sisters, so I leave two boxes all labeled with priority mail postage for her neighbor to forward her mail with.
A week b4 she is coming home, we start looking for the second box.
PO says it delivered it a few days before.
Mom comes home, and 3 weeks later the box mysteriously appears at my sisters door (over a month after the PO SAID they delivered it)

NEVER EVER trust USPS delivery receipts

I think if they leave you negative feedback and you have proof that it was delivered, then I think you can call ebay and they can remove that. Something similar happened to me recently, but thankfully it was worked out. Apparently her daughter took in the package and forgot to tell her mom that it was delivered. 2 weeks later.

Well, they claimed my package was delivered, the mailman even said he remembered leaving it at the door.

I never got the package and the lady I ordered it from didn't believe me, the mailman didn't believe me either.

I understand your end RedCherry if it said it was delivered they could be trying to rip you off. But being on the other side of it I felt like people thought I was lying and I wasn't. |cry
